Eligibility for Returns

    We only accept returns if the watch box packaging is untouched, unopened, and in its original condition.

    You must return items within 30 days of the delivery date.

    To be eligible for a return, the watch must remain in its original, sealed packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

    The original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the item.

    Non-Returnable Items

      The product includes watches with opened, unsealed, or tampered packaging.
      Personalized or custom-engraved watches.
      Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

      Return Process

        To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at sales@thewristking.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
        Once we receive your return and confirm the packaging is untouched, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product.

        No Refund Policy

          We do not offer refunds for any purchases. We will only accept returns for the same product replacement.

          Return Shipping

            For domestic returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
            For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

            Damaged or defective items

              If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@thewristking.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
              Despite opening the packaging, we will replace the product for free.
              Please note that we do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items, only replacements.
